Cancellations and / or returns will only be accepted under the following conditions.
The customer can cancel his order and request a full refund of the amount if it has not yet been sent. To do this, you must contact us as soon as possible, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your information and order number.
If the order arrives up to 24 hours after the agreed date, the customer must accept the delivery and if, when opening the box, a part is in poor condition, he can report an incident by sending us an email at email@example.com with the name of the products and the number of parts in poor condition, as well as a photograph of them.
Product returns will not be accepted once they have been used, and if they are not in their original packaging.
You must indicate on the delivery note the reason for the return at this stage.
Returns of orders will only be accepted with proof of having been damaged in transit and any claim must be made upon receipt of the order.
If the product arrives in poor condition, ARIANE DELARUE VALVERDE will cover the shipping costs incurred for the return, as long as the products are in their original packaging and have not been worn.
To handle the complaint, you must contact us within 24 hours and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your name, order number and explaining in detail what happened.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (except for an error or defect in the product or service purchased),
in the following cases provided for in article 45 of the commercial law:
Supply contracts for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
And in general, all products ordered remotely and made to measure: clothing, photographic development, etc.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS IF ACCEPTED:
To return a product in the cases provided for and accepted by this withdrawal policy, the following instructions must be followed:
No refund will be accepted freight collect.
You must have notified ARIANE DELARUE of your wish to retract and have obtained the corresponding authorization before making the shipment.

You must take the package to a post office or transport company and request proof of delivery. You must keep the receipt until you receive the requested refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all acknowledgments of receipt and to send the package by certified mail or by any other means allowing proof of its shipping date. In the event of repeated returns or claims due to poor condition or a defective product by the same customer, ARIANE DELARUE reserves the right not to make new shipments to the customer.
Return costs will be borne by the customer. Returns of amounts will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date on which we receive the returned product(s) at the address indicated. ARIANE DELARUE will reimburse in the form of payment that the customer will have used when placing the order, and said reimbursement will be subject to ARIANE DELARUE’s right to withhold sums for returned products showing damage. We will refund you the amount paid for the returned product(s) less shipping costs (if applicable).
