PRICES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

The customer undertakes to pay for the products contracted to ARIANE DELARUE in the forms of payment accepted by ARIANE DELARUE and for any additional amount (including taxes and late payment charges, as the case may be).

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order including, where applicable, all VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within the Spanish territory. DELIVERY TIMES:

If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped immediately to the delivery address indicated by the customer and delivered within 24 hours to 2 weeks from the time the order is processed.

In general, unless there are public holidays involved, we follow this rule to assign you a delivery date which will be the closest we can offer:

If it has not been possible to contact or deliver the product on the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or ARIANE DELARUE Internet, SL via email and will assume the additional costs that may involve subsequent deliveries.

 

CARRIERS

In the event that one of the deadlines is modified, ARIANE DELARUE Customer Service will inform you, either by e-mail or telephone call, of the approximate delivery time for the total shipment of your order. Likewise, you will be kept informed of any variation that may arise from this deadline.

In the event that an order is made up of several different products, not all of which are available for dispatch at the time the order is placed, the customer may request the partial dispatch of their order and the subsequent dispatch of the outstanding products. This partial shipment may only be requested when the total shipment of the order will be delayed beyond the delivery times indicated on the website and this shipment must be finally approved by ARIANE DELARUE, who will always have the final decision regarding the realization of partial shipments.

RETURNS POLICY

Cancellations and/or refunds will only be accepted under the following terms.

• Cancellation
  Customers may cancel their order and request a full refund if the order has not yet been dispatched. To do so, you must contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to contact@arianedelarue.com and provide us with your details and order number.
• Return
  • If the order arrives up to 24 hours later than agreed, the customer must accept the delivery and if, when opening the box, any piece is in bad condition, you can open an incident from the contact form or send us an email to contact@arianedelarue.com with the name of the products and the number of pieces in bad condition, as well as a photograph of them.
  • We will not accept returns of products that have been used and are not in their original packaging.
  • You must indicate on the delivery note the reason for the return in this regard.
    

    Returns will only be accepted for orders with evidence of having been damaged in transport and any complaint must be made at the time of receipt of the order.

    If the product arrives in poor condition, ARIANE DELARUE VALVERDE will assume the shipping costs incurred by the return, provided that the products are in their original packaging and have not been consumed in whole or in part.

    To process the claim, you must contact us within 24 hours and send us an email to contact@arianedelarue.com, indicating your name, order number and explaining in detail what happened.

• Cancellation
  The right of withdrawal may not be exercised (except for error or defect in the product or service contracted), in the following cases provided for in article 45 of the Law of Commerce:

    or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer software which have been unsealed by the consumer. The consumer has unsealed them, as well as computer files, supplied by electronic means, which can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
  • And in general, all products ordered from a distance that are made to our specifications: clothing, photographic development, etc., or that can be copied (books, music, video games, etc.).

 

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS IN THE ACCEPTED CASES:

To return a product in the cases foreseen and accepted by this withdrawal policy, the following instructions must be followed:

• No returns will be accepted carriage forward.
• You must have notified ARIANE DELARUE of your wish to withdraw and obtained the corresponding authorisation before sending the goods.
• You must download and complete the withdrawal form below and send it with the parcel.

• You must take the package (with the attached withdrawal form) to a post office or courier company and ask for proof of postage. You must keep the receipt until you receive the requested refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all acknowledgements of receipt and to send the package by registered post or by any other means that allows proof of the date of dispatch. In the event of repeated returns or complaints of poor condition or defective product by the same customer, ARIANE DELARUE reserves the right not to send new shipments to the customer.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. Refunds will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the date on which we receive the returned product(s) at the specified address. ARIANE DELARUE will reimburse you in the form of payment used by you when placing the order, subject to ARIANE DELARUE’s right to withhold amounts for returned products that are damaged. We will reimburse the amount paid for the returned product(s) minus the shipping costs (if applicable).
